At the heart of my photography is a life shaped by travel—by the textures, histories, and styles that imprint themselves on my senses. I gather moments and details—from ancient customs to contemporary life—to layer into stories that span the Silk Road, Ethiopia, India, and beyond. With a painter’s eye, I sculpt still lifes and compose collages drawn from a life lived between worlds: my vibrant 1980s Los Angeles childhood, early career in Paris, and my current home in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.
